Meet Your Teacher!
Ryan Owen Detlefsen , Born in Los Angeles California, is a Classical Guitarist performer and educator with over 25 years of experience. Ryan has had the honor of studying with some of the greatest guitarist in the world , and was awarded a scholarship to attend the prestigious San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He's also very proud to be a Suzuki certified Teacher and member of The American Guitar Society. Ryan doesn't just play classical guitar though, and has worked extensively as a pit guitar player in musicals all over the Los Angeles area, as well as writing and recording hundreds of tracks in various genres for television and film that have been placed in over 1,000 episodes that stream on televisions across the world daily.

Ryan teaches out of the Suzuki Academy located at 13622 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks CA 91423.
Lessons are one on one, with group classes being offered over the summer.
